If it looks like an elf...

Good Mornting!!!

For all those wondering if I have made a grammatical error, you obviously don't know me too well. To all those who know me even slightly, you'll be aware that my morning greetings are in reference to the near arrival of a new Tyler Perry movie, starring my life inspiration; Madea.

I won't go into too much detail but I am uber excited.

Anyhoo,

I decided to give the middle finger to the gloomy skies and dress like an elf today in a bid to bring some festive cheer to the world. It isn't much. It doesn't stop the clouds from being grey or the chills from entering my innards BUT it makes me smile a little bit...and that is all that matters isn't it?

Originally, I did not particularly like the shape of this blazer but I was sucked in [as per usual] by the buttons. I have had it for a little over 2 months now and today is it's first outing.

To really cement my elvish ways, I decided to wear a gift from guy bestie. He bought me a bracelet from Ghana and insisted that I not get my hopes up because the vendors he purchased it from had specified it to be 'vintage'. I was simply pleased that he'd remembered me in his cross continental galavanting and I do love a bit of gold, so smiles all around etc. Besides, he is probably the only man I know, that I would trust to shop for me and I will probably marry him one day, even if the process involves a tranquiliser dart, some wine and an internet ordained Priest. JUST KIDDING...or am I...?

This is just a picture of me eating cereal in spite the fact that I am almost certain that I suffer from a mild form of lactose intolerance. In fact, at this very moment, I am writhing in pain due to this bowl of Curiously Cinnamon cereal. However, I obviously enjoy living on the edge. It tasted good though.

MIQULA YASSEN LAMBE

If you're lost, that loosely translates to...

KISSES WITH TONGUE [in Elvish]

Because I am just that cool/loserish/awesome.

Is this not the face of a super cool person?
